After a day spent in the fresh but dry Engadine mountain air, DERMOPHISILOGIQUE products will replenish your skin with a stimulating vitamin boost. Body and facial treatments such as Vita Skin provide soothing care, hydration, and radiance.

Massages

Massage has long been revered as one of the most ancient therapies of humanity. Be it Reiki, a Balinese massage or a classic with hot stones and aromatic oils, recharge your batteries with a variety of massages. Relax, unwind, and simply enjoy.

Sauna and fitness

In addition to the outdoor activities, we offer a fitness room with treadmill, cross-trainer, indoor bike, wall bars, various weights and resistance bands.

The warmth of the sauna is beneficial after a workout because the hot air strengthens the immune system and stimulates the metabolism and blood flow. As a result, the body regenerates faster after exercise and muscle soreness or tension can be reduced.
