The creative chefs at the MONO will pamper you for dinner with a profusion of freshly prepared delicacies from the Italian-Mediterranean region - coupled with the perfect wine accompaniment from our first-class wine cellar "La Cantina". Our breakfast buffet ensures even more enjoyment in the early morning, as does our 'The St. Moritz Sky Bar' on the rooftop.
The MONO is the place to be for lovers of Italian cuisine. No wonder: Pasta, of course, with a variety of dishes such as Paccheri, antipasto della casa, or risotto, all freshly prepared.
In keeping with Italian tradition, the Primo Piatto is followed by a second main course featuring fine meat and fish dishes. Highly recommended: Our MONO Classic - sea bass in salt crust (on pre order only). Don't miss the classic Crepes Suzette, prepared at your table.

The new Place to be on the Monopol rooftop:
'The St. Moritz Sky Bar' is St. Moritz' first and only Rooftop bar. The stunning view over the rooftops, down to the lake or the surrounding mountains is already a reason to visit. Pure urban lifestyle with cocktails, drinks and the widest selection of beers in the area.
In the separate Smokers’ Lounge on the ground floor, cigar lovers are welcome to smoke cigars from Cuba and the Dominican Republic.
Lunch
Throughout the season we serve our Lunch@SkyBar daily between 12:00 and 14:00, where you can indulge yourself in superb homemade pasta and other dishes. Ideal for a business lunch or just a great time with friends.

La Cantina’s wine list offers an impressive 250 or so exquisite wines from Switzerland, France, Italy, Austria, Spain and other countries. Which will be your favourite? And which is best suited to your chosen dish? Our Maitre d'Hôtel will help you find the perfect combination.
Our speciality wines include two house wines, the MONO red and the MONO white. Following our gastronomic concept, we found these fantastic wines in Italy. Further highlights of the La Cantina wine cellar are the domestic Burgundy, Veltliner, as well as exquisite Italian wines from Veneto, Tuscany or Southern Italy.
